Welcome to Recover Fit. By accessing or purchasing from our website (recoverfit.co.nz), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General
Recover Fit is a New Zealand-based online store selling fitness and recovery products. These terms apply to all users of the site and all purchases made through our store.
2. Products
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of colours and details will be completely accurate. Product descriptions and specifications are subject to change without notice.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of your order.
4. Orders
By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation. Orders cannot be modified once dispatched.
5. Shipping
We ship to New Zealand and Australia only. Shipping is free on every order — it's built into our prices. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery is 5-10 business days within New Zealand and 7-14 business days to Australia. Recover Fit is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
6. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of use or damage not caused by us.
7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at recoverfitnz@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including images, text, and logos is the property of Recover Fit or its content suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, Recover Fit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, condition, warranty, right, or remedy that consumers have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or any other legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Privacy
We collect and use your personal information to process orders and improve your shopping experience in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as necessary to fulfil your order.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
