How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times are 5–10 business days for New Zealand and 7–14 business days for Australia. Please note these are estimates and not guarantees.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 NZD to New Zealand and Australia.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at recoverfitnz@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll arrange a return. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

How do I start a return?

Email us at recoverfitnz@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

Can I exchange my item?

The quickest way to exchange is to return your item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also visit our Track Order page in the footer to check your delivery status.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Our checkout is powered by Shopify, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your payment details.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

Please contact us at recoverfitnz@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damage. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to New Zealand and Australia. If you’re outside these regions, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
